Si estuvieran subordinados el juzgado central resolveria los recursos frente a las sentencias de los juzgados de lo C-A y no es asi.
Para aclarar definitivamente la duda me remito a la Sentencia de 11 de octubre de 2000, de la Sección 1º de la Sala 3ª de lo C-A del TS, (RJ 2000/8310) por la que se resuelve la Cuestión de Compentencia negativa Nº 545/1999 planteada entre el Juzgado de lo C-A Nº 3 de Madrid y el Juzgado Central de lo C-A Nº 5 de Madrid.
En dicha Sentencia es la Sala del TS la que resuelve la competencia en ese caso a favor del Juzgado de lo C-A Nº 3 de Madrid.
Perdón que me meta tarde en este debate, pero yo tampoco creo que Juzgado de lo C-A sea subordinado del Central,
Recurso contra sentencias del Juzgado -> TSJ
Recurso contra sentencias del Central -> AN
por tanto como no tienen superior común es el TS como dice MYM
Otra cosa sería si se plantea cuestión, por ejemplo, entre juzgado y TSJ en el que no se puede plantear puesto que aquí si está subordinados entre sí, entonces resolvería el TSJ
