La idea del legislador es intentar no suspender el procedimiento, es decir no “aplazar” el señalamiento. De ahí que se intente, por coincidencia de señalamientos, ajustar la hora
SI no fuere posible habría que cambiar de día, efectivamente
No obstante, permite la Ley que los Profesionales se sustituyan entre sí, y con ese párrafo entendemos que el legislador pretende que dichos profesionales se sustituyan y con ello no modificar el señalamiento
