Efectivamente por ser preceptivas (obligatorias) en el proceso laboral las partes han de presentar solicitud de mediación o conciliación en la forma establecida por el artículo 63 DE LA LEY 36/11 reguladora de la Jurisdicción social, teniendo en cuenta las excepciones que plantea el artículo 64 de la misma ley
